David founded Glebe in 2004. His previous 18 years were spent as the main board investment director of Chelsfield plc with Elliott Bernerd. He was responsible for sales and purchases of their £500 million investment and trading portfolio, including Paddington Basin and numerous developments such as St Catherine’s House, Riverside House and Ralph Lauren Bond Street. Chelsfield was sold in 2004 for £1.9 billion. Over a 25-year career David has sold and purchased over £2.5 billion of UK property.
