Ian joined Glebe in July 2007 to oversee finance, banking and reporting requirements. Immediately prior to this, he was the CFO at Multiplex UK, responsible for finance, treasury and tax. In 18 months he raised £460 million of debt, £100 million of bonds and oversaw the UK turnover of £400 million. Before this, he was the Managing Director of Industrious Group (formerly Saville Gordon Estates plc) for seven years managing the finance and administration of gross assets totalling £800 million with an associated turnover of £54 million.
