Formerly Director of Asset Management at Chelsfield plc
Richard joined Glebe at its inception in 2004. He brings with him over 40 years of asset management experience. His prior 10 years were spent as director of asset management at Chelsfield plc. Directing a small team, he was responsible for the asset management of the £500 million investment and trading portfolio including high-value multi-let assets such as 89 Albert Embankment and Henry Wood House. In addition, Richard has 20 years’ asset management experience with David Lewis at Molyneux Estates.
