Glebe's sole focus is to maximise cash flow and value, and has a 30-year track record of creating value through active asset management, planning and development.

David founded Glebe in 2004 with the backing of a small number of high net worth investors.
He has over 30 years' experience and has been involved in a huge number of interesting and complicated projects, from residential developments to offices and data centres to golf courses. His expertise lies in spotting the potential to add value to property projects.
A Chartered Surveyor, David spent 18 years as the main Board Investment Director of Chelsfield plc prior to founding Glebe.
When not working, David enjoys spending time with his children, visiting galleries and exhibitions, playing guitar and competing in cycle races. He was the National Veteran Road Race Champion for 2011. He is also an avid collector of art.
Head of Finance
Ranjan is a corporate advisor with a background in finance and investment management. She is an experienced non-executive director and finance director having served on the boards of FCA regulated financial services companies and operating businesses.
She has over 15 years investment experience having spent her early career as a fund manager. As Investment Director at Knox D'Arcy Investment Management, her team managed funds invested in the UK small and mid-cap market and the private equity investments made by the group. She has significant experience in setting up and managing funds, investor reporting, and in providing compliance and regulatory oversight.
Ranjan is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers. She holds a BA (Econ) Hons degree from Manchester University.
When not at work she enjoys participating in quiz nights and playing crazy golf with her family.
