The site presented an opportunity to infill an unsightly gap in the block to the North side of Mount Row with a contemporary new building which, through its exemplary design and high-quality materials, makes a positive contribution to this prestigious and much-loved setting in the heart of Mayfair.

The intention is to develop the site into a mixed-use building with a number of 2 and 3 bedroom residential units above a new gallery space at ground, lower ground and basement levels. Construction is well underway with completion due October 2022.
