David founded Glebe in 2004 with the backing of a small number of high net worth investors.

He has over 40 years' experience and has been involved in a huge number of interesting and complicated projects, from prime residential developments to offices and golf courses. His expertise lies in spotting the potential to add value to property projects, and achieving exceptional results.

A Chartered Surveyor, David spent 18 years as the main Board Investment Director of Chelsfield plc prior to founding Glebe.

When not working, David enjoys spending time with his grown up children, visiting galleries and exhibitions and concerts, playing guitar, cycling. He was the National Veteran Road Race Champion in 2011. He is also a discreet collector of art.

Ranjan is an experienced business professional with a background in corporate finance and investment management. Her experience includes working with institutional investors as well as management teams advising on strategy, funding, business planning and corporate governance.

She has significant experience of regulatory and compliance matters having worked in the financial services sector and has served on the boards of regulated companies. Her early career was as a fund manager and she has over 14 years' experience of investing in UK small and mid-cap stocks and private equity.

She is a partner at advisory firm Prime Advantage Capital Partners and serves as a non-executive director of Northern 2 VCT PLC, a UK listed generalist fund. Ranjan qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and holds a BA (Econ) Hons degree from Manchester University.
